Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of thebluetides, a platform for building and running AI voice agents over telephone and web calls. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
thebluetides lets your business configure AI agents that make and receive calls, and provides dashboards, transcripts, analytics and billing for those calls. Calls are carried over third-party telephony and AI providers; reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless separately agreed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the instructions you give your agents, the numbers you call, and compliance with applicable law — including India's TRAI/DND regulations for promotional calls, consent requirements for recording, and accurate disclosure of AI use where required. Accounts used for spam, fraud or harassment are suspended.
Payments & wallet
Usage is billed per minute against a prepaid wallet, at the rates shown on your billing page before you pay. Wallet funds are held as a balance against future usage. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request closure of your workspace. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
