Cancellation & Refund Policy
Wallet top-ups
Unused wallet balance is refundable on request to the original payment method, processed through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. Amounts already consumed by calls, and promotional credits granted by thebluetides, are not refundable.
Subscriptions
Plan subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current period are not refunded pro-rata unless the service was materially unavailable.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is captured but your wallet is not credited, the amount is reconciled automatically against Razorpay's records; verified discrepancies are credited or refunded in full. Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Write to yeswantsai9@gmail.com from your registered email with the payment reference shown on your billing page. Refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
